Case of the month
A female patient of 23 years of age came with following
complaints:
- Weight is decreasing-in one year from 68 kgs came down
to 47 kgs.
- Headaches
- Sinusitis since 10 yrs
- Fever, Irritation, Vomiting every week
- Recurrent Sneezing < dust
- Skin became rough and dark
Past History –
- DNS
Physical Generals –
App- less; feels lazy to eat;
Thirst - less+;
Stool – normal;
Urine – normal;
Sleep - lying on abdomen;
Thermals – Not clear appears to mildly chilly?
Changeable;
Desires – prawn (3+), fish (3+), chocolates, ice-creams;
Aversions – plain milk (2+), egg, rice, onion, tomato
MIND –
Observations
- Talkative
- Dressed up in latest fashion
- Frivolous
Words of the patient
- I don’t mind hurting people. If I want to hurt then I
will hurt also.
- I don’t have any friend (I am friend to many people)
- Doesn’t believe easily on others.
- Mix up easily with new people.
- People usually trust me, but I am not so trustworthy.
- Don’t like playing game behind .will let them know
that I don’t like them. If anyone hurts then I will take
revenge.
- In academics I was first and in office also 5-6
promotions in just 4 yrs.
- I don’t spend much. Doesn’t like to borrow money,
shouldn’t feel that I don’t have money
- I bargain when alone, but not before others.
- If hurt I will not forget for ever(and whenever chance
comes will tell the other person)
- I was having an affair (I am with him).I am not happy
though I am with him, was hurt because he was having
affair with another girl. He hide it from me and that
hurt me a lot and now I made it possible that he should
love me. I want to make him understand that u are cheap,
idiot and u don’t deserve me and how much it hurts me.
Now I don’t love him but I can’t leave him. Probably now
I accept it part of life.
- I don’t care about anyone, dad, mom whoever it is.
That is the reason my relatives maintain distance with
me.
- Anger-less-shouts at home, stop talking to outside
person, that I don’t start again (I do it with deeds not
with emotion or expression), (not speaking to dad since
one week).
- Doesn’t like people telling lies (like people by
nature not by looks, money).
- Few standards I maintain – should not lie, be loyal,
responsible.
- I think I am good. I speak a lot, earn. I am always
treated special. That is the reason I talk boldly.
- I am fun loving
- People say I am proud, arrogant – but I love it
- I like traveling(not in crowded places) , exploring
new cultures, places and experimenting new things
- Anger , stops talking till the other person starts
- I am moody. Moods are changeable, changeability of
behavior
- Believe in GOD very much , as what I am today is
because of HIM
